Family Groups

Training Course - Methodology for Working with Vulnerable Families in Communities: Changing Perspectives and Group Management

Valuing people's protagonism and autonomy in dealing with everyday situations that impact interpersonal relationships is a strategy for strengthening bonds between people in the family group, between families and in the community.

In the group, it is possible to recognize people's resources and skills in the life stories that are shared, to reflect on vulnerabilities not only as individual problems, but as social phenomena.

The reflection also involves the importance of social participation, in the conquest and guarantee of rights, in a new vision of reality and in the awakening of skills.

The training for working with groups, through the development of workshops and technical guidance, will result in the acquisition of qualified instruments and in the improvement of the professionals' actions.

Duration: 5 meetings of 4 hours each.
